Return Procedure
For any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them, including the original packaging. To initiate a return request, please email us at info@vittoria-como.com Please ensure the items are packed securely and shipped using a reliable carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; however, no restocking fees will be applied. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
Refunds
Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a refund for the full purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method used for your original order. If you experience delays, please contact us and we will investigate the matter promptly.
Exchanges
Not fully satisfied with an item and wish to exchange it? No problem.
Please contact us at info@vittoria-como.com, specifying the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason. We will do our utmost to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email info@vittoria-como.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please take photographs and send them to info@vittoria-como.com, along with your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
